What a celebration! Below, you'll see highlights from the 2nd annual Fairport Music and Food Festival. Villagers savored one of summer's final weekends, enjoying scrumptious eats and musical treats to the benefit of Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong.

The facts say it all:

• Three stages, 20 different entertainment acts (bands, blues, jazz, rock, disco, pop, etc. -- not to mention, children's entertainers, too!)
• 24 food vendors, offering a fusion of Fairport favorites: pizza, wings, fried bologna, lobster foccacia, greens and beans, tacos, etc.
• Free children's activities.
• Around 100 stellar event day volunteers.
• 7,000 attendees, who together raised $30,000 for donation to Golisano Children's Hospital -- more than double last year's total ($13,700)!
